Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission Meeting Minutes
The Commission authorized the allowance of claims and approved several resolutions. This included confirming an amendment to the West Highway 30 Redevelopment Project area to support the Sweetwater Sound expansion, and approving an intergovernmental property transfer involving a parcel of land near Polk Street. Additionally, the Commission authorized a professional services agreement for schematic designs of a retail and restaurant incubator at Southtown Center and approved funding for a feasibility study to enhance pedestrian circulation in the Ridgewood Economic Development Area.
