The Educational Vision Plan 2030 provides a strategic roadmap for Southwestern College, focusing on enhancing instructional, career, and support programs. The plan's five overarching goals include increasing enrollment and completion in the non-transfer ecosystem, improving student transfer and access to bachelor's degrees, expanding equitable student achievement through targeted interventions, responding to student and population demographic changes, and strengthening the District's infrastructure. This framework is designed to ensure equitable access, foster critical thinking, and prepare students and the community for future opportunities.
