The Council reviewed the Town Manager's report regarding website compliance and sales tax. New business included the approval of an amended consolidated town fee schedule, a construction contract with Morton Electric, Inc. for intersection improvements at SH 60 and Carlson Blvd, and a design contract with JWO Engineering for interim improvements at SH 60 and Colorado Blvd. Additionally, the Council held a public hearing and approved an ordinance concerning Municipal Court procedures, including updates to fines, court costs, and mandatory truck route fines.

The council meeting included proclamations for outstanding athletic achievements, a presentation by the downtown development association, and public comments regarding local publications and utility concerns.
