The City will receive $529,588 for the 2025 Program Year. The activities to be funded include Program Administration, Public Service Programs, and Housing Services Program.
The Rogers Planning Commission meeting agenda includes several public hearings: a rezoning request for a 3.88-acre lot from agricultural to residential multifamily; a rezoning request for a 2.42-acre lot from agricultural to residential multifamily; a rezoning request for a lot from residential single-family to warehouse office; a conditional use request for an assisted living community; and a conditional use request for vehicle storage. New business includes final PUD plan reviews for several projects: Place de la Arabella (assisted living, memory care, and independent living), Splash Car Wash, Arvest Corporate Facilities, Fox Trail Distillery, and The Pentecostals church building.
