The council discussed and passed Bill 3960 to declare the results of the recent election and designated it as an emergency ordinance. Additionally, the City Clerk administered the oath of office to the Mayor and various Councilmembers.

The board discussed and took action on several items, including parkland dedication requirements for the Timber Ridge and White Tail Run developments, ultimately approving a fee in lieu of land for Timber Ridge and a combination of land dedication and a fee for White Tail Run.
