Allen Independent School District Board of Trustees Workshop Meeting
The board received an update regarding the PTA for the 2025-2026 school year and reviewed the 2026-2027 Compensation and Benefits Plan. A resolution was passed to provide a 2% salary increase for staff and to approve the compensation plan for the upcoming fiscal year. Additionally, an advocacy update was provided following a Texas House Committee on Public Education hearing. The board entered a closed session to deliberate on procedures for Board Officer Selection and property matters.
