The Camden County Schools Streamlined Consolidated LEA Improvement Plan (S-CLIP) for FY26 focuses on continuous improvement through a locally developed school improvement process. Key areas of focus include engaging stakeholders in planning, addressing the needs of subgroups, aligning with the state's ESSA plan, and coordinating services for various federal programs. The plan emphasizes a problem-solving process that identifies needs, selects evidence-based interventions, plans implementation, implements the plan, and examines progress, all while aligning with the Georgia Systems of Continuous Improvement.

The 2023-2024 Camden County Schools Outcome Based Continuous Improvement Plan focuses on improving student academic achievement, creating supportive learning environments, and ensuring effective and efficient operations. Specific areas of focus include raising academic performance in ELA, math, and science across all grade levels; increasing student exposure to social-emotional and well-being interventions; improving school nutrition program participation; enhancing maintenance operations; increasing the number of eligible bus drivers; and strengthening parental and community support. The plan outlines specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) objectives with corresponding strategies and performance indicators for each area, aiming to achieve measurable improvements in student outcomes and overall school performance by June 2024.

The FY25 Local Education Agency (LEA) Equity Action Plan for Camden County Schools addresses equity gaps related to inexperienced leaders. The plan focuses on providing targeted teacher and school leader development to improve instruction and leadership capacity. Interventions include teacher training on content, pedagogy, student supports, and interventions; and school leader development through job-embedded collaborative sessions. The plan aims to improve student achievement across all content areas and grade levels for all subgroups by implementing, monitoring, and measuring the effectiveness of these interventions using various data sources, including TKES observations, common and formative assessments, state assessments, and stakeholder surveys. The plan allocates Title I, state, and local funds to support these initiatives.
