Key priorities include student academic performance, participation in accelerated courses, performance of students with disabilities, parental choice, student engagement, and budget alignment. The plan is structured around seven strategic goals: increasing academic achievement, ensuring curriculum and instruction alignment, fostering a safe and engaging learning environment, enhancing operational efficiency and resource allocation, developing a robust maintenance and construction program, cultivating community and family engagement, and expanding college and career acceleration opportunities for all students.

The Pasco County Schools adopted a Success Plan for the 2015-2016 academic year to achieve academic success and accountability. These pillars are aligned with the district's key priorities of high-impact instruction, data-driven decisions, and collaborative culture. The plan emphasizes parental involvement, effective communication, and will be measured through quarterly reports and school scorecards.
