The Planning Commission addressed several items including requests for extensions on development agreements and subdivision expirations. Specifically, the commission reviewed a request to extend the First Term Extension of Development Agreement No. DA19-001 from three to six years for the Parkway Project in Santa Nella, including infrastructure improvements and water supply considerations. Additionally, the commission considered an extension application for Major Subdivision No. MAS21-004, known as Hillcrest Estates, to move its expiration date by two years. Staff recommendations focused on CEQA compliance determinations, specifically finding that no further environmental review was required for these extensions.
