Champaign County Zoning Board of Appeals Regular Meeting

The Board discussed public hearings for two zoning cases involving a request to amend the Zoning Map to change the zoning district designation from B-5 Central Business to R-1 Single Family Residence, and a request to authorize multiple principal uses on a lot including a heating and cooling contractor facility and self-storage warehouses.
