This City Centre Area Plan outlines a strategy for sustainable mobility and access to accommodate projected population growth to 90,000 residents by 2031. The plan emphasizes a multi-modal transportation approach, including the development of urban transit villages and leveraging the Canada Line, to reduce reliance on private automobiles and enhance pedestrian, cycling, and transit use.
