City of North Myrtle Beach Board of Zoning Appeals Meeting
The board discussed and took action on several zoning applications. One application, BZA 26-27, was withdrawn by the applicant. Another application, BZA 25-34, regarding a special exception to construct a single-family dwelling in a highway commercial district, was approved with specific stipulations. These conditions require the project to adhere to R1 residential zoning standards and mandate the recording of a deed notice to inform future property owners about the specific zoning constraints affecting the lot.
