The Planning Commission meeting included discussion and approval of Architectural Control (AC) 17-030 and Grading Plan Modification (GPM) 18-007, related to modifications for the Harbor View Project, specifically for 59 new single-family detached condominium units within Tract 15687. Public testimony was heard before the resolution was adopted.

There was an introduction of the conceptual development plans for the proposed Hotel Capistrano by Kimpton. The commission also considered an expansion of the existing dining patio at Trevor's at the Tracks, including construction of a new bar with rooftop and new landscaping, ultimately approving the project with conditions.
