The committee decided to postpone the appointment of Robert St. Lawrence to the License Commission to a future meeting due to a discrepancy in the effective date of the appointment.

The Commission discussed the Certificate of Inspection process with the Building and Fire departments, emphasizing compliance requirements for liquor establishments. Several hearings were held regarding expired inspection certificates for local businesses, with some renewals approved upon compliance. The Commission also approved applications for a Common Victualer license, reviewed and approved 2026 renewals for various establishments, and addressed a list of non-renewing Common Victualers by issuing Cease-and-Desist letters. Additionally, the Commission reviewed police reports regarding a private cultural council and an investigation into after-hours activities at a local pub, and noted pending ABCC approvals.
