The committee discussed the Bicycle and Pedestrian Comprehensive Plan, reviewing its key points and proposed changes. Following the discussion, the committee voted to recommend the plan for approval by the Village Board.

The agenda includes discussions and possible actions regarding a site plan review request for a third wall sign for Mister Car Wash at 2314 S. Oneida Street. Also, the agenda includes discussions and possible actions regarding a site plan review request for exterior improvements to the Comfort Inn & Suites at 2850 S. Oneida Street.

The Ashwaubenon Joint Village Board and Finance & Personnel meeting included discussions and actions on several key items. An updated permit fee schedule was adopted. The draft 2025 FY proposed budget was reviewed and discussed. The board also considered and acted on the collateral assignment of development agreements between the Village of Ashwaubenon and Cormier Property Partners LLC, as well as Merge, LLC. Additionally, the board convened into a closed session to discuss employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of public employees before reconvening into an open session.

The meeting included discussions on public feedback regarding the Hidden Valley walkway and Krcmar Field's readiness for a tournament. The board reviewed the rankings of several parks and discussed projects for the ASC and Ashwaubomay Park. The newly adopted ordinance prohibiting the feeding of deer was noted. The tennis court resurfacing project was approved, with Pioneer courts to be redone and a seventh court added. Bids for Skyline Park refurbishing are due soon. Future agenda items will include discussions on the Park Development Fund and park projects for the 10-year C.O.R.P. plan.

The meeting included discussions and potential actions regarding the approval of the minutes from the June 17, 2025, Finance and Personnel Committee Meeting. Also on the agenda was a recommendation on an amendment to Section 3.10 Wage & Salary Administration of the Ashwaubenon Employee Handbook, focusing on adjustments to the number of steps and providing a variable range after an employee has reached 100% wage.
