This 2011 update addresses key elements including population, land use, traffic and circulation, parks and recreation, housing, historic preservation, and arts and culture. Its ultimate goal is to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the community, while maintaining, preserving, and enhancing the quality of life in Elko.
