The Planning Commission discussed and approved several items, including a record plan for Royal Oaks Park Section 16 at 10 Dugan Court, and a final development plan and record plan for the East Street Beginnings PUD-R at 100-150 East Street. Additionally, the commission conducted a preliminary review of rezoning and general plan applications for 'The Lawn', a proposed mixed-use development at the corner of West Central Avenue and Clearcreek-Franklin Road. Guest comments were heard regarding traffic studies, rental rates, and the proximity of the proposed development to existing facilities.
