The board meeting included student recognitions, committee reports, and an executive session to discuss personnel matters. The treasurer's report covered a five-year forecast, financial statements, payments of bills, donations, and a depository agreement. The superintendent's report was given, along with discussions on curriculum adoption, administrative salary schedules, capital plan status, staff positions, student fees, and position transfers. Personnel matters included approvals of resignations, non-renewals, new and renewed employment contracts, supplemental positions, and various substitute positions (teachers, bus drivers, nurses, etc.). New business included service agreements, curriculum adoption, insurance, and approval of adult chaperones for field trips and graduating seniors. Old business and board reports were also addressed, followed by a second executive session.

Personnel matters included approving substitutes and student athletic workers. New business included approving out-of-state travel for the high school track team, annual membership to the Chamber of Commerce, OHSAA membership, a revised organizational chart, and school year work calendars. Finally, the finance committee report was discussed.

Personnel matters included approvals of resignations, contract renewals, new employment contracts, substitute positions, supplemental contracts, stipends, and student worker positions. New business items included approvals for a propane price lock, dental renewal, and overnight stays for students.
