The 2020-2025 Strategic Plan for Laguna College of Art & Design (LCAD) outlines four key goals: responsible growth while maintaining the college's culture; enhancing student experience through improved services, facilities, and academic scheduling; advancing academic excellence by retaining quality faculty, fostering collaboration, and developing innovative curricula; and increasing financial strength through enhanced fundraising, strategic partnerships, and endowment growth. The plan emphasizes a student-centered, inclusive, and diverse community that promotes creativity and individualized service. Specific strategies include managing enrollment growth, researching new programs, expanding community outreach, creating a student center, optimizing space utilization, improving student services, enhancing faculty training, increasing industry exposure, and implementing a capital campaign.
