This Schoolwide Title 1 School Plan for Leola Elementary aims to establish a strong foundation in social-emotional learning and behavior, enabling learners to engage authentically in rigorous academic tasks aligned with PA standards. Key priorities include providing resources and professional development for behavior and academic Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), and implementing UBD curriculum models to enhance student proficiency in Math and English Language Arts. The plan targets increasing student mastery of concepts, competency in state standards, and achieving specific proficiency goals in Math and ELA, alongside a comprehensive MTSS implementation.

This Schoolwide Title 1 School Plan for Fritz Elementary School aims to enhance student academic performance and improve school climate and culture. The plan focuses on three key priorities: differentiating Tier 1 instruction using local assessments to increase student engagement and improve PSSA scores in Mathematics and English Language Arts (ELA), and achieving Tier 1 fidelity with Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) to further student engagement and foster a positive school environment. Measurable goals include K-5 students scoring 70% or higher on Origo Common Assessments in Math and DIBELS Assessments in ELA by June 30, 2024, and Fritz Elementary meeting all PBIS Tier 1 implementation fidelity requirements by the same date.
