Regis College Action Plan 2020

This document is a twelve-month progress report on Regis College's Institutional Action Plan to Address Systemic Racism, launched in September 2020. It details achievements and outlines next steps across eight key goals, including expanded learning and professional development, affirmative hiring for diversity, review of course content, increased student participation in decision-making, documentation of Black student experiences, updated bias response protocols, diversification of the Alumni Council, and support for identity-based student spaces. This action plan serves as a framework for a future, longer-term Strategic Plan for Inclusive Excellence focused on equity, innovation & investment, and empowerment.
