Lecture Series
This presentation, part of a COVID-19 Lecture Series, featured Dr. Harold Menz and panel perspectives from international participants regarding the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic in their respective regions. Discussions included updates from China, where life was largely returning to normal with mask-wearing still sometimes required; Australia, which was under strict lockdown with limited travel and two-hour daily exercise allowances, and subsequent hesitancy about reopening; Antigua and Barbuda, which reported a low number of active cases under a curfew; and France, which experienced a late reaction leading to strict initial measures, a failed contact tracing app, and a subsequent second wave necessitating increased testing and quarantine protocols.
