The 2021-2026 School Improvement Plan for Addison Community Schools is a roadmap for enhancing various aspects of the educational environment. The plan focuses on four strategic goals: increasing student achievement and engagement through effective instructional procedures; providing quality technology to support curriculum, operations, and communication; ensuring safe and functional learning environments tailored to individual student needs; and improving communication, community engagement, and marketing to establish Addison as a top choice for academic and athletic programs.

The board discussed various topics including approval of the minutes from a previous meeting, as well as several financial and administrative matters. These included budget revisions, authorization of payments, and discussions regarding specific projects and proposals. The board also addressed issues related to compliance and potential violations, and made decisions regarding appointments and other organizational matters.
