Committee Minutes and Report for Board Meeting
The Executive Committee convened to discuss several key issues. Updates were provided on the Executive Director's activities, including discussions with Hopkins regarding ISLA students matriculating into the Juntos program, summer school and camp options, and planning for the Fall return to school. The Building Working Group provided updates on transportation quotes, financial model revisions, and plans for remodeling the current property. The committee also discussed the 2020-2021 budget, the need for a special board meeting to discuss a potential building move, and updates on the Executive Director's contract and compensation review. Another potential property has been identified, and the architect showed some initial design drawings for it.
