The City of Hesperia's Fiscal Year 2024-25 Adopted Budget includes the General Fund, Hesperia Community Development Commission, Hesperia Housing Authority, Hesperia Fire Protection District, and Hesperia Water District. The FY 2024-25 total revenue is projected to be $122.5 million, reflecting a positive and stable financial outlook. The budget allocates resources to enhance law enforcement and emergency response capabilities, supports sustainable and balanced growth through strategic planning and economic development initiatives, and dedicates funds to employee retention, training, and development. The Capital Improvement Program (CIP) is projected at $33.8 million, focusing on essential infrastructure projects such as the Ranchero Road Corridor project. The City was awarded funding from State and Federal grant programs to enhance infrastructure, environmental conservation, and quality of life programs.
