This document outlines the Education Protection Account (EPA) Spending Plan for the Folsom Cordova Unified School District and its Community Charter School for the 2025-2026 fiscal year. It details how funds, generated from Proposition 30, are allocated, specifically focusing on projected revenues and expenditures for certificated salaries and benefits. The plan also provides specific guidelines on permissible and non-permissible activities for EPA funds, categorized by SACS functions, ensuring compliance with Proposition 30 requirements.

The committee discussed the SFID#3 bonding waiver, which allows the district to issue additional bonds by exceeding the 2.5% debt capacity cap. Additionally, project updates were provided for the new elementary school north of the middle/high school site, which is in the planning stage with a $72 million budget, and the new high school/middle school project, which will have a combined capacity for 3,000 students and an estimated cost of $300 million.
