Town of Bedford Zoning Board of Appeals Zoning Board Meeting
The Zoning Board discussed two applications. The first application requested a variance for a wood pergola and outdoor fireplace, which was approved with conditions including a timeline for permit issuance and requirements for an as-built survey. The second application involved a request for a variance for an already constructed sport court and propane tank, as well as the proposed construction of a swimming pool, which triggered exceedances in building and impervious surface coverage limits; the board reviewed topographical and screening plans for this project.
