The Board authorized the General Manager to negotiate an agreement with the Mountain Area Regional Transit Authority for the installation of bus shelters on District property. A public hearing was conducted, resulting in the adoption of Resolution 2026-24, which addresses delinquent trash and water service charges to be collected on the tax roll. Furthermore, the Board adopted Resolution 2026-25, approving a professional services agreement with AP Triton, LLC to conduct a fire service governance transition and feasibility study, along with related budget adjustments for the 2026/27 fiscal year. Staff and committee reports were also received and filed.
