This Comprehensive Plan outlines the long-term strategic direction for the City of Daphne, extending to 2042. It serves as a guiding document for all development projects, encompassing sections on introduction, baseline analysis, future engagement, the core city plan, strategic focus areas and initiatives, and implementation strategies. Key components also include a Place Type Composite Map for land use and a Mobility Map for transportation, illustrating future pedestrian and vehicular routes.

The committee meeting addressed multiple topics including city boat ramp access projects, surplus property declaration for Toshiba phones and a CIX-670 IPBX Phone System, building inspection report, civic center and bayfront pavilion report, recreation report, library report with a porch update, bayfront master plan and improvement committee report, village point foundation bayfront properties report, and facilities report. Old business included discussions on an animal shelter cat room, while new business covered utility markers and recreation employees. The council also discussed the Kiwanis all-inclusive playground and authorized the Mayor to enter into a lease with ESRT for the Nicholson Center.
