The council conducted a workshop to review and discuss the Capital Improvement Program, Bond Program, and various city facilities. Additionally, the council reviewed a list of infrastructure and development projects, including drainage improvements, park enhancements, road widening, and the expansion of municipal buildings and services.

The council conducted a work session and regular session, addressing several key topics including utility billing cycle changes, solid waste collection service options, and a specific use permit for the First Baptist Church of Joshua.
