BoardBoard Of Trustees Of Nocona Independent School District Regular Board Meeting
The meeting included presentations by TAME students and a recognition of a student athlete for state competition achievements. The Board received reports from the Superintendent regarding bond election information and heard enrollment and activity updates from school principals. Actions taken included the adoption of Policy Update 104, approval of a Tax Resale Deed, acceptance of the Instructional Materials Allotment and TEKS Certification for the 2016-17 school year, approval of a Joint Election Agreement, and the issuance of an order canceling the Trustee Election due to unopposed candidates. An executive session was held to discuss personnel matters, including professional contracts and proposed non-renewals.
