It was developed through conversations with multiple stakeholders and approved by the Board of Trustees in October 2021, launching in January 2022. The plan aligns with the Higher Learning Commission, the Kansas Board of Regents, and the Technical Education Authority, supporting the employee-driven vision, mission, and values of Fort Hays Tech | North Central.
