Key operational items included the final reconciliation of the Case Park Road and Nine Acre Site project, resulting in a contract price decrease and the release of retainage. The council also authorized a supplemental appropriation for replacing public safety handheld radios, participated in a board election for the Oklahoma Municipal Group, and reviewed audit and financial reports.

The board discussed financial reports, sales and use tax updates, and regular monthly bills. A resolution was passed to authorize employee benefit contracts. Furthermore, appropriations were transferred and supplemented within the Water Utility Fund and Golf Course Construction Fund to address repairs following a water line failure.
