The commission reviewed multiple development and zoning applications. This included a map amendment and PUD proposal for RV storage and a towing facility on Norgal Drive, and a map amendment for a property on Oakwood Avenue to Neighborhood Commercial PUD. The commission also approved a Certificate of Appropriateness and site plan for two single-family residences on New Street. Final plats were approved for the Cedar Woods Section V development and The Villas at Parkside. Additionally, the commission approved a minor zoning permit for a window installation at 20 E. Silver Street.
