The Board reviewed multiple applications, including a request for minor site plan approval and a D(1) Use variance at 110-118 JFK Parkway Drive North for a beauty product manufacturing and moving company, which was adjourned to a future date. Additionally, the Board approved an application for Park United Methodist Church involving the removal of an attached garage and the construction of an accessory playground for an existing childcare facility. A resolution for 936 Broad Street was also approved.

The board addressed several administrative matters including the adjournment of multiple applications to future dates and the approval of draft resolutions for several properties. Decisions were made regarding the engagement of board consultants for site plan applications involving a multifamily development on East Passaic Avenue and a commercial restaurant project on Broad Street. Furthermore, the board deliberated on and approved applications for site plan expansions and variances for property developments on Broad Street and Broughton Avenue, with detailed discussions covering topics such as site design, parking, landscaping, and regulatory compliance.

The board discussed upcoming training and formally adjourned several applications to a future session. Resolutions were approved for properties located at 164 Jerome Place and 60 Walnut Street. Regarding old business, the board approved an application for a D1 Use variance at 375 Broad Street to operate an event space, as well as a request for Class C Bulk variances at 87 Hoover Avenue for the replacement of a non-conforming shed.
