Amarillo Metropolitan Planning Organization Regional Multimodal Mobility Plan
The Amarillo Area Regional Multimodal Mobility Plan, also known as Amarillo Area in Motion (AAIM), is a strategic, comprehensive document that integrates and modernizes the region's various mobility network plans. Its overarching vision is to establish a safe, comfortable, and connected multimodal transportation network leveraging technology to provide a high level-of-service for all users. Key strategic goals include enhancing connectivity, ensuring safety for all modes, developing a complete bicycle and pedestrian network, integrating transit, achieving efficient travel, and incorporating innovative design and technology.
