The plan is structured around four strategic pillars: Student Engagement, Retention, and Completion; People Focus; Community-Centered; and Social Impact. It aims to foster a high-performing educational institution focused on improving completion and equity, and supporting students in achieving their goals with zero equity gaps. Key performance indicators target annual increases in student contact hour enrollment, student success rates, student retention, and IPEDS student completion rates.
