The board reviewed and approved a personnel report detailing classified resignations and appointments across various district schools, including associate and custodial roles. Additionally, co-curricular resignations and appointments for coaching positions were processed. Several appointments were noted as subject to successful background checks and/or post-offer employment tests.

The Board of Directors met to discuss and approve a resolution regarding the Revenue Purpose Statement for the State Secure an Advanced Vision for Education (SAVE) fund. Key actions included authorizing expenditures for various infrastructure purposes, such as information technology, school buildings, and security equipment. The Board also approved the inclusion of radon testing and mitigation as a permissible use of SAVE funds. Furthermore, the Board formally ordered a public election to be held on November 4, 2025, to submit the Revenue Purpose Statement to the qualified electors, directing the Secretary to handle necessary notices and filings with the County Commissioner of Elections.
