This document outlines a plan to transform Oklahoma Christian Academy by fostering a 'contributor culture' throughout the institution. The strategy is built upon three key pillars: improving communication to ensure comprehensive representation and awareness of all school activities, enhancing student participation across diverse programs and for new students, and cultivating a contributor mindset through dedicated events such as service days and kindness initiatives. The long-term vision is to expand this culture from the Student Leadership Council to the entire school, then to the broader local community, and ultimately to a global scale.
