The council reviewed and approved payroll and claims, discussed and approved a grant application for $950,000 for the Apple Avenue Reconstruction Phase 2 project, received updates on public works projects, and discussed enforcement of truck parking. Additionally, the council approved a water model project and authorized the Mayor to sign a task order with Anderson Perry & Associates for an amount not to exceed $40,000.
