Irving Independent School District Regular Board Meeting
The Board of Trustees conducted a regular meeting where they discussed and took action on several key agenda items. These included the approval of an interlocal agreement with the City of Irving for ambulance services at football games, the 2020-2021 Student Code of Conduct, and various waivers for the Texas Education Agency regarding early literacy goals, student at-risk notifications, and COVID-19 related disruptions. The Board also reviewed and approved contract awards for the purchase and installation of Dell EMC equipment and roof repairs at Elliott Elementary School. Additionally, the Board authorized the June amendment to the 2019-2020 budget and declaration of surplus funds.
