The Council approved seven-day extensions for emergency proclamations related to Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton. Updates were provided on community policing activities, including event participation and outreach efforts. The City Manager discussed a proposed legislative constitutional amendment for homestead exemptions and established a workshop to interview a resident applicant for the Fire Pension Board.
