The Board conducted hearings resulting in disciplinary action against Doug Riley, d/b/a Advanced Roofing Systems, for violations related to school and restaurant projects. Additionally, the Board ordered that a cease and desist order be issued, an injunction filed, and requested that the prosecuting attorney review filing criminal charges. Riley is restricted from bidding on projects over $20,000.00 without proper licensing and bonding. The meeting included discussions and approvals of financial reports for fiscal years 2025 and 2026, monthly license activity reports, license renewal reports, manufacturer & distributor license renewal summaries, and voluntary license surrender reports. Updates were provided on investigations into title issues, unlicensed dealers, warranty disputes, and advertising complaints. Legal briefings covered updates on various cases, including Gentry Chevrolet vs. General Motors, AMVC vs. Icon of Hot Springs/Golf Cart Elite, and Bradford Marine & ATV vs. BRP US Inc. The commission also addressed a voluntary license surrender agreement and a complaint against White River ATV for selling regulated motor vehicles without a renewed license. The board addressed violations of Act 150 and Act 162 as amended, imposing civil penalties on Miller Plastering and Concrete Company, Inc., Pasco Air Systems, Inc., and Billy Williams, d/b/a Billy Williams Masonry. Each entity was required to pay civil penalties and refrain from bidding on or performing work exceeding $20,000.00 until properly licensed and bonded.

The Arkansas Residential Contractors Committee held hearings and issued orders against Phillip Hefner, Felipe Osorio, Dan Curtwright D/B/A D C Construction, Dustin Henderson, and Tyler Malott D/B/A Malott Roofing for violations. Each was ordered to pay civil penalties and cease and desist from performing work as a residential contractor until licensed. Settlement agreements were reached with Woodlife, Inc., Billy Howard Young, Jr., C3 Consulting, Inc, Chris Luenemann DBA - Luenemann Flooring, and Larry Brian Turner DBA - Turner Properties, involving reduced penalties contingent upon no further violations.
