Shelby County Commission Meeting Minutes
The Commission held a public hearing for the Community Development Block Grant and authorized the application for the Emergency Solutions Grant. Bids were awarded for jail kitchen equipment services and vector supplies. Approvals were granted for a bridge investment program grant application, the vacation of a drainage easement, and a settlement agreement related to the Valleydale Road Widening project. The commission also reviewed 2025 tax year property tax commission reports on insolvencies and assessment errors, and convened an executive session to discuss pending litigation.
