The board conducted a reorganization, confirming the current Chairman and Vice-Chairman. The scheduled committee meeting was cancelled due to a lack of a quorum.

The committee reviewed and approved reserve fund transfers for the Fire Department and the Animal Control Officer. Additionally, several interdepartmental transfers were approved, covering overtime expenses for the Fire and Highway departments, insurance adjustments, and movements within the water and sewer line funds. The committee also discussed the status of the regional school budget, including the potential impacts of a budget rejection by a member town.

The board discussed the status of a solar PILOT agreement at 18 USRV Way and decided to proceed with tax billing as-is until the agreement is finalized. The Town Administrator was requested to follow up with legal counsel regarding the matter. Additionally, board members were informed of a new Appellate Tax Board case and discussed the upcoming MAAO conference.

Significant topics included funding for fencing at the local elementary school, the purchase of an all-terrain vehicle for the police department, cemetery land surveys, and upgrades to radio communication systems. The assembly approved budget adjustments for the Tree Warden, the replacement of a heating boiler at the elementary school, a new engine for the fire department, and renovations for fire station driveways and drainage. Furthermore, the meeting addressed the disposition of tax-title properties, the designation of land for conservation, and the amendment of zoning bylaws to implement a new multifamily overlay district.
