The status of the Disadvantaged Communities Involvement (DCI) Program was presented, detailing activities such as Tribal Advisory Committee development, translation services, trainings for water agencies and elected leaders, and community engagement internships. Additionally, updates were provided on the Proposition 1 Round 1 IRWM Implementation Grant application, noting DWR's draft funding awards and subsequent clarification required for projects concerning disadvantaged community benefits. No action was taken on the DCI Program status or the Proposition 1 Grant Update.
