They reviewed the establishment of the Real Estate section for the District's Operations Policies Manual, covering property acquisition, disposition, easement purchases, and nuisance animal control procedures. Additionally, the committee considered the authorization of a mediated settlement agreement with the State of Texas regarding construction impacts on the McKinney Landfill. Various operational projects were reviewed, including the Shiloh Ground Storage Tank, delivery point infrastructure updates, property access requests, and marina development negotiations.
