The applicant addressed concerns regarding potential encroachment into utility easements by confirming that such actions require signed agreements from the utility provider, CORE, and the builder.

The meeting included a review of the water plan update, focusing on public outreach and engagement strategies, including the use of digital and in-person engagement activities. The Commission also reviewed the GIS mapping tool, which allows for visual analysis of groundwater data, production wells, water rights, and subdivision information to support decision-making for individual well owners and county water providers.
