Moravia Central School District Reorganizational Meeting Minutes
The board held a reorganizational meeting which included the election of the Board President and Vice President, as well as the administration of oaths of office. The board made numerous annual appointments for officers, district auditors, and committees, and designated official depositories and newspapers for the upcoming school year. Additional actions included authorizing superintendents for specific duties, setting district rates and fees for substitutes and services, adopting policy updates, and reviewing purchasing regulations. Personnel actions were taken, including appointments of various staff members, accepting resignations, and amending probationary periods. New business included the first reading of a District-Wide Safety Plan, approval of resolutions for board member videoconferencing and standard workdays, and updates to board policies.
