City of Crestwood Planning & Zoning Commission Regular Meeting

The Commission reviewed and approved a Conditional Use Permit for a therapeutic massage facility. A request for a Conditional Use Permit by The Salvation Army for a thrift store was denied after discussion regarding its impact on the neighborhood. The Commission also adopted the 2017 Comprehensive Plan, which includes an agreement with Houseal Lavigne Associates, LLC, for future development. Discussions were held regarding the future implementation of Sunset clauses for Conditional Use Permits. Additionally, an Aldermanic report provided updates on design/build ordinances, park projects, budget amendments, and upcoming town hall meetings regarding Prop C.
